Oracle ARCS Consultant

About the role

ECS, Enterprise Change Specialists, is looking for an Oracle ARCS Consultant with 8+ years of experience. The role covers end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including solution design, data integration, testing, training and project management. The posting states the work location as Bharatiya city, Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle ARCS, gathering business requirements, designing the solution architecture and configuring the system to match business reconciliation processes.
• Advise on ARCS functionalities and recommend best practices to optimise reconciliation workflows, working with business users on their financial challenges.
• Set up and manage data integration between ARCS and other systems such as ERP or General Ledger systems.
• Develop and run test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
• Train end-users and produce documentation such as functional design and configuration specifications.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and resources and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, especially account reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
