About the role
The Operations Team Lead oversees daily inbound and outbound activities in a fast‑paced fulfillment centre, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timely execution while maintaining high service and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise inbound processes such as receiving, inventory verification and storage.
- Manage outbound functions including order processing, packing and shipping.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Track KPIs, inventory levels and workflow metrics to meet deadlines.
- Train, mentor and develop team members and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
