Operations Lead - Ultra Luxury Travel Venture

About the role

A new ultra-luxury travel venture based in Delhi, described as a narrative curator of extraordinary experiences for UHNWIs rather than a traditional travel agent, is looking for an Operations Lead. The role builds a flawless, scalable operational foundation to support aggressive growth targets. The position is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a detailed operational roadmap supporting the launch of new domestic and international destinations.
• Lead the curation of bespoke travel experiences, including onboarding luxury boutique properties and vetting local partners.
• Oversee the rollout of new markets, with a plan to add four new domestic cities and four new international countries each quarter.
• Drive the complete digitization of the customer journey, from booking to post-trip feedback.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in an operations role.
• Prior industrial experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge or a related service-based industry is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Experience in both Indian and European markets is a significant asset.
• A strong network in the travel, hospitality or lifestyle sectors is highly valued.
