Operations Executive – Service Centre Incharge (Non-Metro)

About the role

The Service Centre In‑charge – Operations (Non‑Metro/BDO) leads end‑to‑end logistics activities across assigned non‑metro branches, Business Development Offices and service centres. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Operations, you will ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipment processing, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and provide customer service support while maintaining operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for multiple non‑metro locations, ensuring adherence to service commitments.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processing, pickup and delivery coordination.
• Deploy manpower effectively and monitor productivity, safety and compliance.
• Lead operational teams on the ground, providing coaching and frontline leadership.
• Ensure strict compliance with Blue Dart Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Travel across the region (approximately 75% of the time) to support and audit sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
