Operations Client Partner – French Language Expert

About the role

NIQ is seeking a French Language Expert to join the Operations team as a Client Partner. In this client‑facing position you will act as the bridge between French‑speaking clients, commercial teams and internal data operations, ensuring smooth delivery of NielsenIQ products without sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of business‑as‑usual (BAU) tasks and client deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with clients about delays, rework or issues and coordinate pre‑delivery and post‑production checks.
• Serve as liaison among clients, Customer Support and Data Operations, handling incident resolution and operational escalations.
• Lead operational projects, define solutions, timelines, risks and progress updates.
• Own end‑to‑end client queries including database services, product coding, data‑quality investigations and coverage gap analysis.
• Ensure SLA adherence, use operational tools (Epics, OGRDS, Brandbank, eClipse, eForte, Discover, MS Dynamics) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 4 + years experience in client‑facing roles, preferably within data or market‑research environments.

Required skills

• Experience with operational tools such as Epics, OGRDS, Brandbank, eClipse, eForte, Discover and MS Dynamics.
