Operations Associate

About the role

The Operations Associate will support day‑to‑day logistics activities for a fast‑growing transport corridor. You will work directly with drivers, clients and the operations manager to ensure smooth loading, unloading and vehicle movement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with clients and drivers.
• Track vehicle movements in real time and update dispatch logs.
• Maintain daily trip sheets, mileage records and delivery confirmations.
• Assist with fuel and expense tracking and escalate delays or issues to the operations manager.
• Manage driver communication and resolve field‑level problems.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain.
• Comfortable working in a field‑intensive, outdoor environment.
• Fluency in Bengali (essential for the location).
• Two‑wheeler preferred for local travel between sites.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp for driver communication.
