Operational Accountant

About the role

The Operational Accountant will manage external reporting for Bosch entities, ensuring accurate financial statements under Local GAAP and IFRS. The role focuses on delivering value‑added services to stakeholders while meeting key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial statements for Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Handle end‑to‑end external reporting activities for Bosch entities.
• Implement global standards according to Central Process Guidelines.
• Maintain documentation such as desktop procedures and working instructions.
• Support automation initiatives and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Provide analysis‑based recommendations to management.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualified.
• 3‑5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with the Blackline reconciliation tool (preferred).
