About the role

Join Crimson Global Academy as a part‑time online Primary Math teacher and deliver one‑on‑one lessons to motivated students worldwide. This remote position offers flexible scheduling within specific Japan and Australia/New Zealand time slots, allowing you to teach from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑quality math instruction in a virtual one‑on‑one setting.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress, give targeted feedback, and adapt teaching methods for optimal outcomes.
• Plan and communicate clear course schedules, session content, and assessment timelines.
• Conduct professional live sessions using online learning resources.
• Assign homework, design assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop educational materials, including tests and exams, for the CGA resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments organized.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of primary school teaching experience (tutoring does not count).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject area taught.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education.
