Management Trainer

About the role

Samvedna Development Society is seeking a Management Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programmes that build capabilities across its initiatives. The role involves facilitating engaging sessions, coordinating logistics, and maintaining comprehensive training records.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver assigned training modules according to curriculum, content, and methodology.
• Conduct interactive, participative training sessions and provide feedback to participants.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of training sessions, including preparation, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during training.
• Track training schedules, completion rates, participant performance, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate MIS, training reports, dashboards, and related documentation.
• Submit timely updates and reports to the reporting manager and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (qualification in Training, HR, Education, Management is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning and development.
• Hands‑on experience delivering training programmes and managing sessions.
• Willingness to work from Nagpur and undertake local travel if required.
