About the role
Gradeperfect, founded by IIT Delhi and BCG alumni, is building academic systems for a world‑class undergraduate profile. This role offers bright, eager freshers a chance to start a career in international education as a physics faculty member.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group physics classes across AP, IBDP, IGCSE, A‑Levels and Olympiads.
- Help quality‑check physics content and tests.
- Continuously research products to build in‑depth expertise.
- Own student outcomes for assigned physics students.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's‑level physics depth from a top Indian institution (IIT/NIT/DU/DTU/IIIT) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Olympiad background (KVPY, NTSE, NSEP) is a strong plus.
- Brilliant, enthusiastic fresher with a strong command of physics and a desire to grow as an educator.
