OneStream Manager – Technology & Innovation

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Manager to lead OneStream initiatives within its Technology and Innovation practice. The role combines financial expertise with technical delivery to implement, support, and enhance OneStream solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle OneStream implementations and managed service engagements, including help‑desk support, performance monitoring, month‑end close, and report development.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into OneStream configurations, functional and design specifications.
• Conduct workshops, define implementation strategies, and ensure quality assurance across all project milestones.
• Coordinate integration efforts with external applications and guide teams through solution architecture and delivery methodology.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 6+ years of experience implementing OneStream or other CPM platforms such as Hyperion, Oracle, or Adaptive.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and deliver tailored OneStream solutions.
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements, corporate finance processes, and financial reporting cycles.

Required skills

• VB.NET, Visual Basic, or C# programming for business rule development.
• Business rule writing within OneStream.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑modeling techniques.
• Experience with Hyperion EPM/CPM and OneStream Marketplace solutions.
