Omni Sport Advisor

About the role

As an Omni Sport Advisor you will be the face of Decathlon, helping customers discover and enjoy sports through a seamless omnichannel experience. You will combine product expertise with a passion for sport to create memorable interactions both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, smile and engage customers to understand their sporting needs.
• Promote Decathlon’s sports community, events and circular offers.
• Recommend the right products, services (buy‑back, repair, personalization) and complementary items.
• Utilize all sales channels (in‑store, website, app) to fulfill customer requests.
• Ensure smooth checkout and accurate inventory for omnichannel availability.
• Maintain an attractive, safe and functional store layout that encourages product testing.
• Highlight the full range of sports equipment available both offline and online.

Required profile

• Passionate about practicing and promoting sports.
• Enjoys working with people, assisting and guiding them.
• Keen to learn, adapt, take feedback and improve.
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications.
