About the role

The Warehouse Administrator will manage the full‑cycle processes for finished agricultural machinery, ensuring that inbound acceptance, storage, and outbound dispatch are executed accurately and efficiently. The role guarantees book‑to‑physical consistency and supports smooth inventory turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflows for finished machine inbound acceptance, storage, and outbound dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock‑taking, reconcile system records with physical inventory, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain detailed warehouse ledgers, recording model information, VIN numbers, quantities, conditions, and locations.
• Plan and optimise bin locations, coordinate stock and space resources for safe storage and efficient picking.
• Collaborate with customs‑clearing and logistics teams for receiving, inspection, and hand‑over of port‑arrived goods.
• Enforce warehouse safety regulations, including fire prevention, moisture control, theft prevention, and equipment protection.

Required profile

• Prior experience in warehouse management for agricultural machinery or heavy‑duty equipment.
• Familiarity with inbound, storage, and dispatch workflows specific to agricultural machinery.
• Proven ability to conduct stock‑taking, manage ledgers, and coordinate materials.
• Capable of handling daily operations independently and working under heavy workload during peak seasons.
• Meticulous, accountable, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
