Replenishment Driver – Customer Support & Maintenance

About the role

The Replenishment Driver (also known as Customer Support Coordinator) ensures vending equipment is stocked, functional, and presented in optimal condition for customers. Working on a weekly schedule, you will travel to multiple sites, perform inventory replenishment, and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned customer locations to deliver and restock vending products.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on vending machines.
• Load and unload inventory, pack the van, and keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide after‑hours support for equipment downtime (less than 5% of the time).
• Assist APS Ops Tech Support with system repairs and help‑desk tasks as needed.
• Update machine databases with new employee information, photos, or descriptions.
• Observe all safety policies, wear steel‑toed shoes, and follow fleet vehicle guidelines.
• Report to the APS Service & Support Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical repair ability.
• Inventory cycle‑counting and stock management.
• Valid driver’s license.
