About the role
Silicon University is building a 450‑bed Multi‑Specialty Tertiary Care Hospital in Sason, Sambalpur and is looking for enthusiastic Nursing Officers to deliver high‑quality patient care. This position is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced nurses seeking a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients across various specialties.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Required profile
- Eligibility: Freshers to 15 years of experience.
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing, GNM or ANM.
