About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support patient care in a hospital setting. The role involves assisting nurses and physicians with clinical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing education to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and basic nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care, support, and health education to patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Operate and care for medical equipment as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• Academic excellence with first division in 10th, 12th and nursing qualifications.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.
