Nurse Assistant (GNM/BSc/MSc Nursing)

About the role

The Nurse Assistant will support patient care in a hospital setting, assisting with health assessments, medication administration, and bedside support. This role is essential for delivering compassionate, high‑quality nursing services to diverse patients.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper bedside care.
• Operate and care for medical equipment according to protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• Academic excellence: 1st division in 10th, 12th and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and provide moral support to patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for maintaining records and using hospital information systems.
