Nurse Assistant – Clinical Support

About the role

Join a leading Indian healthcare provider as a Nurse Assistant, delivering bedside care and supporting patients throughout their recovery. You will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing, or M.Sc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate care.
• Initiative, empathy, and a patient‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
