About the role
Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to support patient care across its facilities. The role involves assisting nurses and physicians in delivering high‑quality clinical services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medication and treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Perform point‑of‑care tests and basic nursing assessments.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes.
- Provide bedside care, education, and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper equipment operation.
- Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.
Required profile
- Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
- Academic excellence: 1st division in 10th, 12th and nursing qualification.
- 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
