Nurse Assistant – Clinical Care

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to support patient care in a fast‑paced clinical environment. The role involves assessing health problems, delivering bedside care, maintaining accurate medical records, and educating patients and families about health maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Operate and care for medical equipment and deliver bedside care.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate physical approach to patients.
