Network Services Manager (Global)

About the role

Driscoll's is seeking a senior leader to oversee the design, build, maintenance, and support of its global enterprise network. The role will drive strategy, ensure secure and reliable connectivity, and support the company’s rapid growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a global team responsible for network architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute a network services strategy that delivers secure, scalable, and reliable connectivity.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and Service Desk teams to align technology solutions with business priorities.
• Implement best practices in network monitoring, automation, performance management, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of global network services through proactive monitoring and incident management.
• Drive capacity planning, service performance measurement, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate, adopt, and implement emerging technologies to shape the future of network services.
• Mentor engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Partner with Information Security to align network services with security standards and policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Sponsor infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives, providing technical leadership and strategic direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in network engineering or network management.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network design, security, and operational excellence.
