About the role
The Team Lead Network Development Manager will drive the identification and execution of new network sites across under‑represented markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate channel partners, real‑estate acquisition, and franchise development to expand the company’s footprint while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse untapped markets to pinpoint business opportunities for new site development.
- Monitor competitor and industrial expansion, assess impact on existing network, and propose growth options.
- Manage channel partners, evaluating their real‑estate and investment capabilities for site setup.
- Oversee network planning, benchmark performance, and recommend optimisation initiatives.
- Secure suitable land parcels, conduct site visits, ensure statutory compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships for timely project delivery.
- Lead franchise development by assessing partner profitability, facilitating selection, and generating qualified leads.
- Maintain a database of expressions of interest, track statutory approvals, and report progress to headquarters.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales across any industry.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary projects and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market evaluation and business case development.
