National Sales Manager - Dental Solution

About the role

3M is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its Dental Solution business across India. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing channel partners, and building high‑performing regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual operating plan to exceed sales targets by increasing secondary sales in dental clinics and institutions.
• Develop and coach Regional Team Leaders and contract teams to achieve monthly sales and productivity goals.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC) ensuring adoption and compliance.
• Implement sales training, skill‑development programs, and sales‑tool deployment across regions.
• Collaborate with master distributors, marketing, and commercial excellence teams on market coverage, incentive programs, and POS data quality.
• Oversee channel partner appointment, rationalisation, and performance monitoring.
• Drive product‑mix optimisation, inventory reduction, and market‑intelligence reporting.

Required profile

• MBA preferred; strong background in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
• 15+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or dental products.
• Minimum 10 years of team‑management experience.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional and regional teams.
