Multiple Hospitality Management Roles at Luxury Residential Club

About the role

We are launching a premium residential luxury club in Noida and are building a high‑caliber team to deliver world‑class hospitality services. Multiple full‑time positions are open across food & beverage, facilities, front office, housekeeping, security, procurement, and culinary operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations, banquet services and guest experiences.
• Manage building systems, MEP maintenance, vendor coordination and overall facility upkeep.
• Lead front‑office activities, concierge services and VIP guest handling.
• Direct large housekeeping teams, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans and agency liaison.
• Control procurement, inventory and vendor negotiations for F&B, housekeeping and engineering.
• Create menus, supervise kitchen operations and maintain kitchen sanitation.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in luxury clubs, resorts or 5‑star hotels for senior roles.
• Relevant engineering or facilities background for technical positions.
• Proven leadership in hospitality departments and strong people‑management skills.
• Female candidates preferred for Guest Delight Manager role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments is essential.
