Sales & Reservations Executive

About the role

StayVilmaris is seeking a motivated Sales & Reservations Executive to turn enquiries into bookings, build lasting client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for its hospitality portfolio in Noida.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and booking enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable StayVilmaris properties.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through diligent follow‑up and lead management.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, wedding planners and other partners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close bookings.
• Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Record leads, follow‑ups and bookings accurately.
• Identify new sales opportunities to contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel or luxury stays.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident handling of sales calls and client conversations.
• Target‑driven, proactive and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Based in or around Delhi NCR/Noida.
