Multiple Hospitality Leadership & Sales Roles – Full‑Time

About the role

Ramada Dehradun is expanding its team and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to fill several leadership and sales positions across the Housekeeping and Sales departments. The roles are full‑time, onsite positions at the hotel located on Chakrata Road, Dehradun, and offer the chance to contribute to a growing property while developing a career in the hotel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping operations, ensuring premium cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and schedule housekeeping staff, manage inventory and departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain service standards.
• Develop and maintain corporate accounts, identify new business opportunities and support revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Prepare sales plans, performance reports and collaborate with hotel teams to meet client requirements.
• Support sales strategies, manage client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Prospect for new clients, handle enquiries and convert them into bookings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or sales/revenue generation.
• Leadership ability to supervise teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and client management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications or equivalent experience.
