Multilingual Call Center Agent (Medical Tourism)

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Call Center Agent to join our medical tourism team. The role involves assisting patients from the initial inquiry through their entire healthcare journey, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from patients seeking medical treatment abroad.
• Provide information about partner hospitals, procedures, costs, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate appointments, follow‑up communications, and documentation between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior coordinators or medical specialists as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
