Multi-Technician

About the role

The Multi‑Technician supports the Duty Engineer in maintaining all electrical equipment across the hotel. You will ensure work quality meets the hotel’s standards while contributing to a safe, efficient, and guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with all hotel departments to maximise productivity, morale and guest service.
• Maintain records of materials and equipment, identifying cost‑effective resource use.
• Perform repair, maintenance and installation of electrical systems, including testing motors, heaters, controls and fire‑alarm systems.
• Locate and diagnose electrical faults using standard test equipment.
• Install fixtures, inspect circuits for proper shielding and grounding, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in building or hotel maintenance.
• Diploma or relevant degree.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks, motivate a team and enhance organisational performance.
• Good knowledge of hotel operational standards and safety regulations.
