Multi-Cuisine Chef, Italian Chef and Kitchen Helpers – Goa

About the role

We are expanding our kitchen team at Viik Multi‑Cuisine Restaurant & Bar in Arambol, Goa. We are looking for a Multi‑Cuisine Chef, an Italian Chef and three Kitchen Helpers to deliver high‑quality food and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of multi‑cuisine dishes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
• Prepare authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, and pizzas, while maintaining portion control.
• Assist chefs with food preparation, cutting, washing and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain hygiene standards, follow food safety protocols and control waste.
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly, handling equipment and utensils as needed.
