Front Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure memorable guest experiences. The role oversees daily front office operations, from guest registration to revenue generation, while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the Front Office team, preparing duty rosters and conducting daily briefings.
• Lead day‑to‑day Front Office operations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Engage with guests, handle concerns, and deliver warm, professional welcomes.
• Monitor guest feedback, anticipate needs, and communicate special requests to relevant departments.
• Conduct regular lobby and Front Office inspections, maintaining grooming and uniform standards.
• Oversee guest registration, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups, and special requests with Reservations, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping.
• Identify revenue opportunities, lead upselling initiatives, and monitor Front Office revenue performance.
• Ensure accurate guest billing, monitor cashiering procedures, and coordinate with Finance on payment matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and coaching front office teams.
• Ability to lead day‑to‑day front office operations and maintain service standards.
• Strong focus on guest service with experience handling complaints and service recovery.
• Experience coordinating with reservations, revenue management, and housekeeping.
• Capability to monitor and control front office revenue, budgets, and upselling initiatives.
