MuleSoft Integration Architect

About the role

3M is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide integration solutions. You will work with global teams, applying your expertise in API‑led connectivity and cloud‑native architectures to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
• Design and implement API‑led connectivity and MuleSoft solutions on the AnyPoint Platform.
• Architect cloud‑native integration solutions leveraging AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Ensure API security, governance, compliance, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration for enterprise integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 6–9 years of hands‑on MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with AWS cloud services.
