Procurement Optimizations Insights Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Procurement Optimizations Insights Specialist to join its Bangalore team. The role combines data‑driven analysis with strategic recommendations to improve staffing, workload, productivity and service delivery across global service centers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep‑dive analyses of staffing, workload, productivity, service mix and operational performance to uncover trends, risks and value opportunities.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, recurring reports and performance metrics that give leadership visibility into capacity, workload and portfolio mix.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for resourcing, service alignment and prioritisation.
• Support workforce and capacity planning through scenario analysis, forecasting, workload modelling and evaluation of operational constraints.
• Identify and drive improvements in governance, reporting consistency, data quality, automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting or procurement operations.
• Proven ability to analyse large, complex data sets and present findings to senior audiences.
