Molding Machine Maintenance Technician

About the role

Navneet Plastic Industries is seeking a dedicated Molding Machine Maintenance Technician to join its Gurgaon facility. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of injection molding equipment used in the production of precision‑molded plastic components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on molding machines and associated equipment.
• Inspect machinery, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and execute timely repairs or part replacements.
• Monitor machine performance, record maintenance activities, and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimise downtime and support continuous operation.
• Adhere to ISO‑based safety and quality standards while participating in improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical education such as ITI, diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing machinery is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in shifts, collaborate with production staff and document maintenance work clearly.
• Knowledge of safety standards, basic hydraulics and pneumatics, and ability to read technical manuals and machine drawings.
