Mobile Test Engineer – Automation & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Test Engineer to join the Infosys delivery team. In this role you will design, develop, validate and support mobile testing solutions, ensuring our clients receive high‑quality service throughout their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse detailed client requirements and translate them into system specifications for mobile testing.
• Estimate work effort and provide accurate project estimations to technology leads and project managers.
• Design, develop and maintain automated mobile test scripts and frameworks.
• Create comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within Agile/Scrum cycles.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics and provide continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture fundamentals and performance engineering.
• Good knowledge of quality processes, estimation techniques and project domain concepts.
• Ability to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into clear system requirements.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
