Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Mobile Engineer to join our fast‑growing consumer app studio. You will own the end‑to‑end development of cross‑platform mobile applications, from architecture through launch and scaling, collaborating closely with product, design and growth teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, deploy and optimise mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect, high‑performance UI while adhering to modern architecture patterns.
• Work with designers, product managers, marketers and leadership to turn concepts into shipped features.
• Run rapid A/B experiments and analyse product metrics to improve retention, LTV and user engagement.
• Integrate APIs, third‑party SDKs, analytics platforms, subscriptions and payment solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in performance optimisation, testing and code quality.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of experience in cross‑platform mobile development with Flutter or React Native.
• Based in Bangalore and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Has shipped at least one consumer‑facing mobile app end‑to‑end.
• Experience building high‑traffic, high‑retention consumer apps is a plus.

Required skills

• Flutter & Dart or React Native & TypeScript/JavaScript.
• State‑management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, Zustand or MobX.
• Clean Architecture, MVVM or similar architectural patterns.
• Performance optimisation (memory, FPS, build size, startup time).
• REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, local storage and offline‑first techniques.
