Mobile Application Developer – iOS & Android (Connected Vehicle Services)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test and maintain enterprise‑grade iOS and Android applications that support our Mobile and Connected Vehicle Services platforms. The role will own the full mobile development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment, and will work closely with cross‑functional teams in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, user stories and technical specifications with PMs, analysts, architects and QA leads.
• Develop native Android applications using Kotlin and native iOS applications using Swift.
• Design scalable, maintainable and high‑performance mobile solutions.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, authentication services and cloud platforms.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical reviews and peer code reviews.
• Perform unit testing and support integration, system and UAT testing.
• Follow coding standards, secure development practices, architecture guidelines and quality processes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, build and release management, and deployments.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools for requirements analysis, code generation, testing, debugging and documentation, while validating AI‑generated code for security and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, quality issues and maintainability risks.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Android development with Kotlin and iOS development with Swift.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with enterprise APIs and cloud services.
• Background working in Agile, Scrum, SAFe or DevOps environments.
• Experience conducting peer code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
