Microsoft Certified Trainer (Multilingual) – French, Spanish, German

About the role

Koenig Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer to deliver high‑impact training on Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Windows Server. The role involves both virtual and classroom sessions for a global audience, with a focus on multilingual delivery in French, Spanish, or German.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain Microsoft certification courseware, labs, assessments, and learning materials.
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training (virtual and classroom) on Microsoft technologies.
• Conduct hands‑on labs, technical demonstrations, workshops, and certification‑focused sessions.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates, certifications, and industry best practices.
• Provide training to learners across different time zones, ensuring high levels of engagement and knowledge retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Microsoft technical trainer.
• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with global audiences and adapt training delivery to various time zones.
