Meta Ads Expert

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Meta Ads Expert to lead performance‑driven campaigns for e‑commerce brands. The successful candidate will own the full funnel, from audience research to creative collaboration, and will use data‑driven insights to scale revenue and improve ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies tailored to e‑commerce objectives.
• Monitor performance, optimize budgets, and maximize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and customer‑journey mapping.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and campaign structures.
• Analyze results, generate actionable insights, and present performance reports.
• Implement advanced tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.
• Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and e‑commerce best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads for e‑commerce brands.
• Proven ability to handle substantial monthly ad budgets and deliver measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and capable of making independent, data‑backed decisions.
