Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote Medinet’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals in Coimbatore. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and clinics to support informed prescribing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare providers regularly to present product information, clinical updates and promotional materials.
• Manage a defined sales territory, achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Organise product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and pharmacy staff.
• Collect and report customer feedback, sales activity and market intelligence to the management team.
• Coordinate with internal supply and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate product and safety information.
• Participate in company‑wide training and promotional initiatives to stay updated on product portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven medical sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy, preferably supported by a degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong planning, organization and time‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and the local language(s) and basic computer skills for reporting.
