Medical Officer – Virtual Consultation (Telemedicine)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Officer to provide virtual consultations through our telemedicine platform. The role involves delivering high‑quality remote healthcare to patients, ensuring effective and efficient clinical care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 8‑hour full‑time teleconsultations with patients using the Aster Digital Health platform.
• Assess patient histories, symptoms, and provide diagnosis and treatment recommendations remotely.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate follow‑up care and referrals when necessary.
• Educate patients on self‑care and preventive health measures during virtual visits.

Required profile

• Medical degree and valid registration to practice medicine in India.
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and telehealth best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for remote patient interaction.
• Ability to work a full‑time 8‑hour shift consistently.
