Medical Officer – Clinical & Telemedicine Role

About the role

Medoralink is seeking a motivated Medical Officer to join its fast‑growing health‑tech team. You will provide direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings while supporting tele‑consultation triage and community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations and manage patient care across outpatient and inpatient environments, adhering to national treatment protocols.
• Coordinate with nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff to optimise workflow and maintain patient safety.
• Document clinical findings, update electronic health records (EHR), and generate reports for internal audits and public‑health reporting.
• Validate clinical data for tele‑consultation triage and escalate complex cases to senior specialists.
• Participate in community outreach programmes such as screenings, immunisation drives, and chronic‑disease management.
• Train junior medical officers and interns on evidence‑based protocols, diagnostic documentation, and digital health tools.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with a valid MCI/NMC registration.
• At least 1 year of post‑internship clinical experience in a hospital or primary‑care setting.
• Proficiency in using digital EHR systems (e.g., HealthStack, e‑Sanjeevani).
• Experience managing common outpatient conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, respiratory infections, and maternal health.
• Basic knowledge of telemedicine protocols and diagnostic triage workflows.

Required skills

• Digital EHR system usage (HealthStack, e‑Sanjeevani or similar).
• Telemedicine protocol familiarity.
• AI‑assisted diagnostic or decision‑support tool experience (preferred).
