Medical Officer – Clinical Care & Occupational Health

About the role

Dr Ultimate Hospital is seeking a full‑time Medical Officer to join its Daman campus. The role combines direct patient care with the delivery of health‑package services and occupational health programs, offering a diverse clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Assist in surgical procedures within the scope of competence.
• Perform medical examinations for industrial employees and support occupational health services.
• Participate in health camps, preventive health programs, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.

Required profile

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
• Prior experience in hospital or industrial/occupational health settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
