About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our team and focus on medical coding activities. The role combines traditional pharmacy duties with ensuring accurate medication documentation and patient education.

Key responsibilities

• Dispensing Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions according to doctors' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Patient Counseling: Provide clear information on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper administration.
• Inventory Management: Keep precise records of medication stock and assist in inventory control to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitoring Health Outcomes: Track patient responses to therapy and adjust prescriptions in coordination with healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or related fields such as BPharm, MPharm, Pharm D, BDS, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and documentation.
