Medical AI Trainer (Freelancer)

About the role

Deccan AI Experts is looking for freelance Medical AI Trainers to help shape the next generation of AI systems that assist clinicians. You will use your healthcare expertise to create realistic clinical scenarios, evaluate AI responses, and provide structured feedback that improves model safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic healthcare and clinical reasoning scenarios based on real‑world practice.
• Develop expert‑level reference answers aligned with current clinical guidelines.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for medical accuracy, patient safety, and guideline adherence.
• Grade AI outputs using structured rubrics and provide detailed written feedback.
• Identify factual errors, unsafe recommendations, reasoning gaps, and guideline deviations.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration exercises, and specialty‑specific review activities.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to enhance model capabilities.

Required profile

• Medical or health‑related qualification (MBBS, MD, DO, DNB, PharmD, BDS, MDS, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences, etc.).
• Strong understanding of clinical medicine, evidence‑based practice, and healthcare delivery.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Prior experience evaluating medical content or AI‑generated responses is a plus.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation.
