Medical Affairs Manager

About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager will lead scientific engagement and support patient access initiatives within a dynamic medical devices or pharmaceutical environment. This senior position requires a strong background in medical science and the ability to collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical affairs strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Engage with hematology, apheresis, and cell therapy experts to gather insights and support product development.
• Provide scientific education and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.
• Represent the organization in high‑level discussions with medical professionals and scientists.

Required profile

• MD, PhD or equivalent with a biotechnology/medical science background.
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2–3 years in Medical Affairs within pharma or medical devices.
• Prior exposure to hematology, blood banking, transfusion medicine, apheresis or cell therapy.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Hindi) are a plus.
