Patient Care Coordinator – Delhi

About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator supports and manages Patient Support Programs, ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate assistance throughout their treatment journey. Acting as a trusted advocate, the coordinator removes barriers to care and helps expand access to medical benefits globally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager and program team in managing Patient Support Programs and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate patient files and ensure timely enrollment of eligible patients according to workflow and program timelines.
• Educate and coordinate with patients to facilitate seamless enrollment and medication delivery.
• Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites to support program implementation.
• Prepare regular performance reports, including patient numbers, services provided, and quality metrics.
• Maintain electronic records, perform data quality assurance, and use Axios’ Patient Management System for all activities.
• Report adverse events or product complaints in line with client requirements and Axios SOPs.
• Perform administrative duties related to program operations and support governance monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in a medical field or social work (or equivalent).
• 0–1 year experience in healthcare, scientific, NGO, or customer service environments.
• Experience with data monitoring, management, logistics or supply‑chain coordination is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Axios Patient Management System (PMS).
