Mechanical Maintenance Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Support professional to assist our production team in maintaining and optimizing mechanical equipment. The role involves hands‑on work with machines, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation and repairs.
• Install, fit, and assemble components with precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform corrective actions.
• Overhaul and recondition damaged parts, including fabrication when required.
• Apply appropriate tools and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Conduct basic non‑destructive testing (e.g., dye‑penetrant) to assess component integrity.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and records of maintenance activities.
