Mechanical Design Engineer – Servo Motor Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer specialist to lead the design of industrial servo motors. The role involves creating rotor‑stator assemblies, shafts, bearings and housing, as well as modifying components and sub‑assemblies to meet system requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design rotor‑stator, shafts, bearings and housing for an industrial servo motor.
• Design and modify components and sub‑assemblies for the servo motor.
• Interpret system requirements, develop concepts and produce detailed designs that satisfy project specifications.
• Select standard mechanical elements and coordinate with electronics and software teams.
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings in accordance with design standards.
• Manage database entries and generate Bills of Materials using SAP.
• Perform engineering calculations and produce documentation.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–14 years of relevant mechanical design experience.

Required skills

• Creo CAD software.
• Autodesk Inventor.
• PDM (Product Data Management) tools.
• SAP for BOM creation and database management.
