MBBS Doctor / RMO – Rotational Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a qualified MBBS doctor to join our hospital as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The position involves providing comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient departments while working on a rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver OPD and IPD patient care, including basic medical management and treatment.
• Monitor admitted patients, maintain accurate treatment charts, and update medical records.
• Assist senior consultants during rounds, procedures, and minor emergencies.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, maintain patient safety, and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with a valid registration with NMC or State Medical Council.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including night duty.
• Immediate availability or as per candidate’s notice period.

Required skills

• Basic medical management and patient care.
• Accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
• Ability to handle minor emergencies and provide initial treatment.
