Marketing Executive – Social & Experiential

About the role

This hands‑on, execution‑focused role will support the Marketing Manager in driving BRB’s social media presence and on‑ground sampling activations. You will manage content calendars, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and experiential events targeting urban Gen‑Z consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the content calendar for Instagram and YouTube, briefing creators and agencies, and ensuring timely publication.
• Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers and creators, coordinating briefs, deliverables and brand alignment.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for creative and content agencies, handling briefs, feedback cycles and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, track trends and surface content opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute on‑site sampling activations at colleges, music festivals and corporate offices, capturing real‑time content.
• Track social performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and event data, preparing weekly reports for the Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand roles.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media for a brand.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for social media, creator ecosystems and experiential marketing.
